Product Description:
The NQTF-ST065 Titan Electric Crawler Stair Climber is an industrial heavy-duty crawler-type stair climbing equipment, designed for up-and-down transfer and height adjustment of heavy goods. Featuring high load capacity, excellent stability and strong environmental adaptability, it is widely used in construction site material transfer, industrial equipment installation upstairs, heavy furniture & appliance handling, large logistics goods distribution, municipal engineering material transportation and other heavy-duty stair handling scenarios.
The equipment adopts a crawler walking structure, with tracks that can open at 90°. Matched with 70mm thick engineering tracks, it has a large contact area with the ground and steps, delivering strong grip and stable climbing without slipping. It can adapt to various building stairs with an angle of ≤35°. The load platform is made of 10mm thick high-strength aluminum alloy plate, with a sturdy structure and strong bearing capacity. The large platform size can stably carry large and heavy goods. The built-in hydraulic lifting mechanism covers a cargo height range of 683–2049mm, which can flexibly dock with loading/unloading surfaces, shelves and workbenches of different heights. It enables height adjustment and loading/unloading of goods without manual lifting, greatly reducing the labor intensity of heavy goods handling.
The power system is equipped with an 800W brushless motor with worm gear, delivering strong and smooth power output, high transmission efficiency, low operation noise and long service life. With a climbing speed of 25m/min, it maintains stable traveling performance even under heavy load conditions. It is fitted with a 48V 40Ah large-capacity lithium battery, matched with a variable voltage adapter to adapt to power supply demands in different scenarios. The whole machine has a protection rating of IP54, which can effectively block dust intrusion and splashing water vapor, adapting to complex working environments such as construction sites, outdoors and humid corridors. With operation noise lower than 70dB, it works quietly without disturbing the surrounding environment, and is also suitable for factory areas, residential areas and other scenarios.
The whole machine has a sturdy and durable structure, with a minimum turning radius of 2761mm, enabling steering operations in limited spaces such as corridors and construction sites.
