The NQQZ-SJ008 Full Electric Self-Propelled Scissor Lift Platform is professional aerial work equipment integrating independent travel, electric lifting and platform extension functions. It requires no external power cable and no manual towing, and can independently complete the whole process of driving, steering and lifting on site. It is widely used in factory equipment maintenance, electromechanical engineering installation, venue cleaning & maintenance, high-level warehouse inventory, supermarket interior decoration, municipal facility maintenance and various other aerial work scenarios.

Adopting a scissor lifting structure, it delivers stable lifting and firm support. With a maximum working height of 6 meters and a rated platform load of 450kg, it can carry multiple workers together with tools and materials at the same time. The platform can extend outward by 0.9 meters with a rated load of 113kg for the extended section, effectively expanding the working coverage. It can complete a wide range of operations without frequent equipment movement, greatly improving aerial work efficiency.

The power system is driven by a 24V 4.5kW DC motor, with electric control for both lifting and traveling. The lifting speed is 3-5m/min with smooth and low-noise operation. It is equipped with 4 sets of 6V/200Ah large-capacity batteries for long endurance, matched with a 24V/30A special charger for convenient and efficient charging. DC drive features zero exhaust emission and low operation noise, making it very suitable for working spaces with high environmental requirements such as indoor venues, closed workshops and supermarkets.

The whole machine features excellent mobility. With a wheelbase of 1.89m, it realizes zero inner wheel turning radius and only 2.2m outer wheel turning radius, delivering flexible and accurate steering. It can complete steering and operation in narrow spaces such as workshop aisles, corridors and shelf gaps. With a maximum gradeability of 25%, it can easily handle factory slopes and gentle slope roads, with strong site adaptability. Equipped with Φ381×127mm special traveling tires, it runs stably with good ground contact, adapts to various sites such as epoxy floors and concrete floors, and is not easy to damage the ground.

It has perfect safety and storage design. The platform is equipped with 1.1m high safety guardrails for all-round protection of workers and materials. The guardrails can be folded and stored, reducing the overall height to 1685mm after folding, which is convenient for entering elevators and low doorways, and also effectively saves storage and transportation space. With a sturdy and durable structure and a total weight of 2200kg, it delivers strong working stability, making it an efficient, environmentally friendly and safe operation solution for various aerial work scenarios.
