The NQTF-ST064 Standing Type Electric Tow Tractor is industrial-grade towing equipment designed for factories, warehouses, logistics parks, airports and other scenarios, mainly used for towing turnover carts, material trolleys, tooling trailers and other units for short-distance material transfer. Adopting a standing operation design, it features flexible and convenient control. With a compact body and a 1,290mm small turning radius, it can move flexibly through narrow aisles and workshop workstations.
Equipped with a 1.0kW drive motor and Curtis controller, it delivers stable and accurate power output. With a maximum towing capacity of 1,200kg and a maximum pulling force of 750N, it can easily handle the towing demand of multi-cart material groups. It is fitted with a 24V 136Ah large-capacity battery and smart charger for long endurance and convenient charging. The electromagnetic braking system provides rapid braking response and reliable slope parking, fully ensuring operation safety.
The whole vehicle adopts a mechanical steering system with light operating feel. With operation noise lower than 70dB, it is suitable for indoor factory environments. It is equipped with a standard latch-type trailer coupling compatible with standard trailer interfaces. Meanwhile, it supports various optional configurations such as lithium battery, non-marking tires and customized towing hitch, which can be flexibly customized for different working scenarios.
