Product Description:
The NQTF-WJ001 Mini Diesel Wheel Loader is a ride-on small diesel shovel equipment designed for small earthwork, farming & breeding, garden renovation, factory material transfer, construction site bulk material cleaning and other scenarios. It efficiently completes shoveling, transferring and unloading of materials such as sand, soil, feed, muck and domestic waste, replacing manual shoveling to greatly improve work efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
It is equipped with a diesel engine, standard 18 HP, with optional 22 HP and 25 HP versions. It delivers strong and abundant power output with good fuel economy, adapting to long-time continuous operation in outdoor environments without power supply. The transmission system adopts manual clutch design with 3 forward gears and 1 reverse gear. The transmission structure is reliable and durable with direct power delivery. Operators can flexibly switch gears according to load and road conditions to adapt to different working conditions.
The steering system adopts hydraulic power steering, which can be operated by a single lever for light and labor-saving control with flexible and accurate steering. It can easily work even in narrow sites. The hydraulic working system is stable and reliable, with smooth bucket lifting and retracting movements. The maximum lifting height reaches 2.3 meters and the unloading height is 1.5 meters, which can easily dock with unloading points of different heights such as truck beds and material piles. The maximum driving speed reaches 20km/h for flexible and efficient on-site transfer.
